- Each time we’ll check what you need or desire at that specific moment. Energy? Movement? Relaxation and rest? Getting out of your head? More joy? Clarity about what you need?
- Whatever comes up, we’ll tune in to that. Play with it. So we don’t work according to a fixed system or “according to the book”.
- You decide where you want to train. In your home, outside in your garden, in a park, at your office…
- And when. At a lunch break, after your work, in the weekend… Regularly (to get into a routine and do it – even when you don’t really feel like it), or irregularly, whenever you do feel like it.
Some of the possibilities:
- Standing chi kung for strength, grounding, firmness, balance, energy, circulation.
- Traveling chi kung. Useful when you commute or fly.
- Walking chi kung. To add new dimensions to your walks in nature, the city, or even while shopping.
- Sitting chi kung. Quiet, relaxed, almost invisible, handy everywhere. Can be practiced at work, during meetings, while watching tv, or relaxing.
- Training for your shoulders, arms, hands. Building up their strength, increasing their mobility and circulation.
- Chi kung for special problems. Like Parkinson’s disease.
- Etcetera.
You can choose how, where, and how often you want it.
- Fees depend on the number of sessions, location, private or corporate.
