What is Bos Chi Kung (Qigong)?
Chi
(qi) is the Chinese
term for life energy.
Kung (gong) means: cultivation, work, training.
Chi kung (qigong) = fitness & energy training.
Bos Chi Kung is a special kind of chi kung, a kind of fitness and energy training, based on ancient principles enriched with modern insights, taught undogmatically.

How & why is Bos Chi Kung different from other styles?
Thousands of chi kung (qigong) styles exist
in the world. Many are connected with ancient traditions belonging
to certain families, locations in China, martial arts (kung fu, tai
chi, da cheng chuan, etc.), philosophic or religious groups, forms
of traditional Chinese medicine, etc. Many of the qigong teachings
are clouded with myths, Chinese terminology, secrecy, contracts,
traditonal master-diciple relationships, etc. Most are promoted by
there teachers and students as being the best. Or strongest, most
original, purest...

Because if you don't do it, it simply doesn't work for you - however great and perfect the method may be for others.
Bos Chi Kung is:
- Easy to learn
- Uncomplicated

- Without secrets, dogmas, complicated choreography, learning contracts, myths, masters, Chinese terminology.
- Largely based on Robberto's 7 years of training in one particular style, enriched with modern insights from different qigong styles and other movement arts.

At
the moment there are no special lessons in English. But if you have
a group of interested people, such lessons can be organized.

- All nationalities welcome!
- Ages 16 - 96.
- No experience necessary.
Course fees & registration
The
year training is split up into 3 lesson series that build upon each
other.
Here you register for the chi kung lesson series.
- Series 1 from the 14th of September - beginning of December 2009: 14 lessons, costs € 130.00
- Series 2 from February 1 - mid April 2010 (exact dates & costs will be announced here on January 18).
- Series 3 from eind April - end of June 2010 (exact dates & costs will be announced).
- Registration & payment is possible per series.
